Receptionist (Secretary)

Responsible for receiving visitors, conducting phone communication, handling order registration, placing orders and following up on them, keeping track of the production progress in real time, and facilitating the information exchange between customers and the workshop.

PART.02

Operations Department

Responsible for shooting and editing short videos for the factory, writing content copy, and operating overseas online platforms. Also handle online customer inquiries and connections, organize product materials, showcase the factory's strength through multiple channels, and coordinate various online business operations.

PART.03

Budget Department

Focus on the cost calculation of stainless steel customization projects. Based on the drawings, dimensions, materials, processing requirements, and usage conditions provided by the customers, precisely calculate the details such as sheet material loss, processing procedures, surface treatment, and labor costs. Combining years of industry experience, provide reasonable, transparent, and practical quotations that are not inflated or complicated. Let every customer clearly understand the consumption and clearly customize.。

PART.04

Finance Department

Responsible for daily accounting verification of the factory, verification of order payments, sorting and archiving of documents, and statistics of income and expenditure details. Carefully control each account, standardize the factory's financial procedures, and ensure that all order accounting is clear, transparent and compliant. A formal and complete financial system is the solid backing for the stable operation of the factory and long-term service to customers.

Engineer

Responsible for the deepening of non-standard stainless steel product drawings, structural optimization, and scheme design. For various special-shaped and complex customized products, in combination with on-site installation conditions, usage environment, and load-bearing requirements, we aim to avoid processing defects and installation risks in advance. Continuously refine the drawings and improve the process plans to ensure that each non-standard design is reasonable, feasible, easy to produce, easy to install, and more durable, providing professional technical support for workshop production.

The master craftsmen of each process in the workshop​

The laser cutting operator, as the first step in the production process, is responsible for precisely cutting the stainless steel plates according to the dimensions on the drawings. They must accurately control the cutting accuracy and manage the loss of the plates. The cuts should be smooth without burrs, laying a solid foundation for all subsequent processing steps.

The slotting operator focuses on the slotting process of the plates. They precisely cut the slots according to the product design requirements, controlling the depth and position of the slots. This ensures that the subsequent bending shapes are more standard and the lines are more regular, guaranteeing the aesthetic appearance and accuracy of the product after formation.

The bending workers are responsible for the bending and shaping of the sheet materials. They adjust the bending angle and size according to the product process requirements, precisely shaping the overall appearance of the product, ensuring that every arc, angle and size are uniform. The finished product has a neat and standardized shape.

The welding workers undertake various welding operations of stainless steel components. They are proficient in multiple welding techniques such as full welding and spot welding, strictly controlling the welding details to ensure the firm and stable structure of the product, with smooth and fine weld seams, without any voids or omissions. They also take into account both practicality and the appearance texture.

The grinding technician specializes in addressing weld seams, edges, and burrs on the products, performing meticulous grinding and repair on the surface of the workpieces, smoothing out welding marks and rounding off sharp edges. This ensures that the product surface is smooth and flat, eliminating any defect issues.

The polishing technician is responsible for the detailed surface treatment of the products. They can complete various polishing processes such as wire polishing, mirror polishing, and matte polishing according to customer requirements, enhancing the surface texture and unifying the surface pattern, making the finished product appear more upscale and have a more outstanding texture.
